Creative Lifestyle Flea Market – Terms and Conditions

1. Stall Applications & Payments

All vendors must apply via the official application form (link in bio).
Once your application has been confirmed, you will be invoiced for payment.
Stall bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received, upfront.
No payments will be accepted on the day.
Stall fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Stall placement is at the discretion of the organizers and may change at any time.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, gazebos, and display materials unless otherwise specified.
Set-up must be completed 1 hour before market opening; breakdown only begins after market closing.
All vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all waste.
Vendors must remain for the entire duration of the event. Any Vendors leaving before the 1 pm, stand a chance of loosing their rights to attend future events and paid fees will not be refunded.

3. Event Times

Set up between 8-9am
Market Starts at 9am and ends at 1pm

3. Products Allowed

Handmade, vintage, secondhand, garden, craft, food items, and preserves are welcome.
No illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods allowed.
The sale of food or beverages must comply with health and safety regulations. Relevant permits may be required.

4. Liability & Insurance

Vendors are responsible for their own goods and personal liability.
The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

5. Weather & Cancellations

This is an all-weather event unless otherwise notified.
Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, stall fees will be refunded or transferred to a future market.

6. Conduct & Compliance

All vendors must treat customers, fellow vendors, and staff with respect.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Vendors must comply with all laws, local bylaws, and event policies.
