Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale, washed and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Juice of half a lemon.
Preparation
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add kale and stir frequently for 5–7 minutes until wilted and tender.
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Serve as a side dish or add to soups and grain bowls.
