Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 tablespoons melted butter
3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and white sugar until smooth. Blend in sour cream, heavy cream, flour, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended.
Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
