Before You Place Your Order
Please remember that your Memory Teddy Bear will be created by cutting and permanently altering the garments you supply. Once cutting has begun, the original garments cannot be returned to their original condition.
Before completing the form, please have ready any information about the person being remembered, the bear size you would like, optional add-ons, and any special details you would like incorporated.
If you would like a photograph or image transferred onto fabric, please upload the highest-resolution image available.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from

The email will include instructions on how to prepare and send your garments, where to send them, what additional information or items you may include, and how we will proceed with your Memory Teddy Bear order.
Please make sure the email address entered on your order form is correct,
and keep an eye on your inbox after submitting your order.

How to Pack Your Garments
Please pack your garment(s) neatly and securely before sending them to us.
Place all garments inside a clean, sealed plastic bag or protective packet to help protect them from moisture or damage during transit.
If you are including any additional personal items, such as a badge, special button, ribbon, lace or other approved trinket, please place these in a small separate sealed packet and clearly label them.
If any items are delicate or breakable, please wrap them securely in bubble wrap.
You are also welcome to include a written note with any additional information, special instructions or details you would like us to know. You may also print your completed order and add handwritten notes to it.
Please make sure your name and order details are included inside the parcel so that we can easily match your garments to your order.
