This Garlic Roasted Cauliflower is a simple yet flavorful dish that brings out the natural sweetness and crisp texture of cauliflower. A touch of lemon juice adds brightness, and Parmesan cheese (if desired) brings a savory depth. Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for freshness)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation


Instructions:

  1. Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese (if using).

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish or enjoy as a light, healthy snack!
