About the Recipe
A green salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish made primarily from various types of fresh leafy greens. These greens can include lettuce varieties such as romaine, iceberg, butterhead, and leaf lettuce, as well as other leafy greens like spinach, arugula, kale, or mixed salad greens.
Typically, a green salad is composed of a base of these leafy greens, which provide a crisp and crunchy texture along with a range of vitamins and minerals. The greens are often complemented by a variety of colorful and flavorful additions.
